Roles and Responsibilities:
The Applications Engineer is responsible for performing the following duties:
- Reviewing projects specifications
- Selecting and applying water treatment technologies including process calculations
- Preparing technical proposals
- Preparing technical drawings for proposals
- Preparing costing estimates for proposals
- Assisting the Sales force at client meetings to discuss proposals
- Revising proposal offerings based upon client feedback
- Preparing as-sold job packages from proposals and subsequent revisions
- Working with other Application Engineers in a teamwork environment at all times
- Working with the Sales force to develop and implement project winning strategies
- Working with other employees during all stages of projects from pre-bid through project execution
- Supporting and participating in Degremont corporate improvement projects

Education and Experience:
- Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Engineering Science or equivalent
- Preference will be given to applicants with experience in the water treatment industry
